They seek an exceptional Assistant Manager (Operations Finance) for an upcoming project in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Finance and the Supply Chain Finance Controller, your will:

- Drive the process of strategic planning, business reviews, budgeting, forecasting.

- Be responsible for Accounting, Costing & Controls of the respective groups in operations. ( Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution and Supply Planning)

- Support all fact-based decision making processes by providing financial planning and analysis (e.g. performance review, evaluations, P&L cost analysis & forecast etc)

- Enhance management reporting and KPIs reports

- Drive different operational projects.

- Coordinate with supporting departments to enhance systems and workflow

- Liaise with client servicing teams & provide sound and timely financial support and guidance

- Analyze cash forecast & revenue forecast, monitor revenue targets and control costs

- Manage revenue / cost variance analysis report .i.e. Budgeted v/s Actual revenue reporting monthly and working with the business team to implement corrective actions.

The Successful Candidate - You will be a qualified CA/CPA/CWA with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in accounting/financial reporting tools, including hands-on experience in financial reporting, review and analysis.You are required to take full ownership and accountability for your work and act as a true business partner. You will have demonstrated excellence in handling multiple internal and external stakeholders.
