We have an opening for assistant manager - OPERATIONS FINANCE With a HIGHLY REPUTED MNC in FMCG sector. MUMBAI BASED

1) Required experience of Business Partnering and FPNA (1st preference is Supply Chain/ Operations Exp ,
2nd preference is Sales/ Marketing Business Partnering exp.)
Business Partnering and FPNA experience is MUST.
2) 5+ years of post qualification experience in business partnering to operations group including hands-on experience in financial reporting, review and analysis
3) You should be currently Handling Business Partnering and Operations Financial Analysis in Preferably in FMCG> F&B> Consumer Durables> Consumer Health care or Pharmaceuticals etc.
4) You should be Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) – maximum 2 attempts. ( 2007/2006 Batch)
ICWA /CPA– maximum 2 attempts. ( 2007/2006 Batch).
MBA from good institutes ( TOP TIER ONLY) ( 2007 /2008 Batch)
5) Experience of working with FMCG/ Consumer Goods (Leading MNC/ Indian Corporate).
6) Good Experience in using Excel and statistical tools.
JOB PROFILE - assistant manager- operations finance- MUMBAI BASED
Purpose of the position:
- The job involves business planning, budgeting and forecasting and financial and analytical support for plant operations group. This role needs to participate in a number of operational projects and support financial analysis and planning.
General Responsibilities:
1. Drive the process of strategic planning, business reviews, budgeting, forecasting for the respective operations groups of In house Manufacturing/ Third Party manufacturing/ Demand Planning/ Logistics etc.
2. Analyzing cash forecast & revenue forecast for the respective operations groups and for proactive advisory and business partnering to the respective groups in operations. ( Manufacturing, Logistics & Distribution and Supply Planning)
3. Constantly monitoring the revenue target, analysis of MIS, P& L accounts and controlling the costs of the respective operations groups.
4. Managing Clients Expectations by supporting all fact-based decision making processes by providing financial planning and analysis (e.g. performance review, evaluations, P&L cost analysis & forecast etc) for the respective operations groups.
5. Enhance management reporting and KPIs reports
6. Drive improvement operational projects & coordinates with supporting departments of to enhance systems and workflow
Managing revenue / cost variance analysis report .i.e. Budgeted v/s Actual revenue reporting monthly and working with the operations business team to implement corrective actions.
