Designation : Assistant Manager - Offshore Audit.

Job Location : Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- The person should have prior experience in Audit domain and should have proven experience in service delivery, process improvements and operational excellence. S/he should have prior people management skills (may be required to manage upto 40+ employees directly) and ability to handle stakeholder relationships in a shared services organisation.

Broadly, the key responsibilities are:

- Operations management – Be responsible for day to day operations to ensure error free Audit service delivery (refer Operations R&R below)

- Relationship management – Be a extended team member for key client engagement teams(ET)

- Employee development – Ensure strong performance management and enabling employees to meet career aspirations through coaching, mentoring and targeted training interventions

- Strategic Initiatives - Contribute to GDC’s growth plans and implement industry best practices to take GDC up the value chain

- Process excellence – Ensure highest level of Quality by implementing QMS, building a strong Quality culture and focusing on continuous process improvements

- Content & industry focus – Build strong domain expertise (accounting & auditing) and industry knowledge to enable better engagement with ET and improve GDC’s market share

- All other duties assigned

Qualified CA Required : Cleared between 2009-2012.
