Job Objective:

- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area

- To generate leads through engagement and other activities.

- To sell residential & Commercial projects.

- To ensure that the targets are achieved according to the business plan.

- To prepare status report on the deals those which are under various stages of progress/ negotiation.

- Identifying potential customers, negotiating terms & deal closure.

- To handle client queries on phone.

- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

- Directs sales activities and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve the targeted revenue, profitability, as set in the budget

- Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

- Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Job Specifications:

- Rich experience in sales management.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

- Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

- Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Salary:INR 1,80,000 - 12,00,000 P.A. as per market standard + Lucrative Incentives
