AM/Manager (Rewards) -HR Professionals-Corporate Role

Designation : AM/Manager-Rewards (Comp. & Ben)

Job Location : Gurgaon

Must :

- MBA full time from premier institutes (Tier-1 & Tier-2 only) and passouts between 2007-2009.

- Only Male candidates

- Should have experience in Plant HR, with IR specialization. (Plant HR + Corp HR preferred)

- Factory Experience is must, Anyone with Factory and Corporate experience would be a Ideal match

- Should be handling Compensation & Benefits segment.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Handling Govt. Bodies.

- Interacting with Labour Officers.

- Disciplinary, Compliance handling. (for Franchisee operations too)

- Sales Benchmarking

- Taxation

- Funds

- Maintaining good contacts

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Pleasing Personality
