Operational Excellence- Assistant Managers/ Managers

One of my client - a global consulting firm is looking for Managers/ assistant Managers for Operational Excellence role

Looking for professionals with IT/ITES background ,

- Will be responsible for managing projects that support continuous quality and process improvements in order to ensure a consistent, high quality experience for customers, employees and managers.

- Assume overall accountability for maintaining a repository of performance dashboards, metrics and balance scorecards.

- Will involve in resourcing a cross functional team in carrying out improvement projects using Kaizen Six Sigma techniques

- This is for the Internal Core Excellence team - so the person will be involved in the internal projects of the organization
