AM/Mgr - Financial Planning & Analysis - BPO

Job Responsibility

- Responsibility for financial control and financial analysis of costs including;

- Detailed cost variance analysis

- Liaising with relevant contacts in the business to ensure timely and accurate costs recording Supporting Finance Manager in maintaining the rolling quarterly 18 monthly forecast process Proactively maintains and drives improvements in standards for accuracy, quality, standard financial information, key performance indicators, levels of budget holder accountability and the general communication of information to the business.

- Motivating team members and leading by example to engage in high standards of quality

- Recognised as an ambassador for the company, a role model and a key player in raising morale in the team.

- Maintaining regular customer contact through face-to-face, written and oral communication Defending and articulating our position clearly either orally or in writing in an appropriate style to safeguard reputation and customer relations

Desired Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant 4-5 years FP&A experience

- Highly numerate with high attention to details and an ability to search out financial information

- A degree of independent judgement for decision making and problem solving. Ability to listen to and resolve customer issues and preserving positive relationships (by being effective, tactful and courteous)
