AM- Materials Planning

- To ensure synchronization of the Materials Planning process with the Production Planning Cycle and drive a robust daily planning process.

- Developing and executing material requirement planning (MRP) for material categories. Ensuring material requirements for assigned demand / production plans are satisfied within the allocated time frame and as per business requirements.

- Scheduling and controlling the flow of materials from suppliers to manufacturing units. Monitoring material inventory in the plants, in the warehouses and suppliers.

- Building up and following up procurement plan realization to ensure they align with business objectives.

- To ensure continuity of supplies of materials through for weekly production plans.

- Implement scientific inventory norming and ensure stocks are maintained at factories as per the norms.
