AM/Manager - Treasury - CA - eCommerce

We are having an exciting career opportunity with Leading Fashion E-Commerce company in Bangalore for AM/Manager Treasury role.

Education: CA Mandatory with minimum of 1+ yr of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily Fund planning across the Group and publishing daily MIS to management

- Forex hedging, Investments in MF and FDs their accounting and documentation

- Issuance, accounting and documentation of Buyer's Credit, LC, SBLC, FOBG and other financial instruments.

- Active participation in MEC activities and Auditing

- Preparing facility docs for Limits availed from banks and day to day interaction with banks and AMCs

- Preparation of Cash Flow Statement, GL accounting and statutory compliances,

- Handing Cash Management module in Oracle

- Preparation of monthly Schedules

- 26 AS reconciliation, BRS and other reports preparation

- Day to Day Interaction with group Treasury Team
