Candidate profile :
- Should be Graduate + MBA with minimum 5-8 years of HR experience in Talent Management, PMS, Employee engagement, organization development, On-Boarding Process, Event management in any reputed manufacturing company.
- Experience in companies which have manufacturing and corporate roles required.
- Strong Recruiting and Retention exp. is required.

- Responsible for Recruiting and staffing, Talent Management, performance management, employee engagement, organization development, Employee Engagement, On-Boarding Process, Development & training, Organizational departmental planning etc.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Timely implementation of Performance Management System.
- Managing entire performance appraisal process across levels as well as establishing framework for substantiating performance appraisal system linked to reward management.
- Responsible for employee-relations and retention for business units.
- Do counseling, grievance handling, trouble-shoot employee issues and guiding them with appropriate solution, thereby trying to retain employees by finding the root cause & updating management for next plan of action.
- Participating in entire employee engagement/retention/welfare activities.
- Organize events & Get-togethers (Monthly / Annual) like Fun Friday; Employee Day; Family Get-togethers, quarterly and annual sports competitions.
- Celebrating Team Birthday, drafting & sending birthday mailers to the employees.
