Responsibilities:
- To independently handle end-to-end recruitment for Niche to Generic skills.
- Regular Interacting with BU heads / hiring managers to develop a thorough understanding of the technical specifications.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from requisition capturing till on boarding which involves - sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling, managing interviews, mapping compensation, offer negotiation, post - offer follow ups & onboarding.
- Vendor Management - Coordination with Vendors, timely feedback, processing invoice.
- Responsible for campus recruitment and campus engagement programs.
- Coordinate with the project and recruiter and then make the plan for recruitment.
- Make the various strategies for sourcing of manpower and deploy to project site.
- Salary Negotiation and releasing offer.
- Submit weekly / monthly status to Hiring managers & stake holders for progress update.
Experience:
- Experience working with Multinational Companies preferably in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Industry (EPC).
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- A style that blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
