AM/Manager- Strategic Initiatives/Special Projects

We are looking for Post graduate/Undergraduate from tier 1 schools (IIT, IIM- s, NITIE, Delhi University, BITS)

- 1- 6 Years of total experience for AM/Manager

- Strategic Initiatives role with a leading logistics partner for e-commerce in India.

Responsibilities :

- Run pilot of new ideas of strategic importance around customer experience,Last mile delivery, pick up & first mile delivery

- Scaling & growth of pilot projects track &manager KPI's at best of industry standards

- After Pilot, scale the idea to Pan-India

- Evaluate competition, entry strategy, pricing, measuring strategy

- Identify the most important KPI's to be tracked at pilot stages at scale

- Ensure compliance to KPI's / Evaluate performances wrt to market & competition

- Working closely with operations, Finance,MIS, HR teams to ensure smooth implementation
