Currently working on an opening for the position of Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager - Litigation for a leading Media Corporate House in India

Job Profile -

Case Management:

The candidate must lead and manage litigation matters independently and effectively and demonstrate superior performance in the following categories of skills and responsibilities:

1. Directing and leading the formulation and implementation of arguments , case management, and negotiation strategies for a wide range of litigation matters;

2. Analyzing, assessing, and communicating to internal and external stakeholders litigation posture and risk;

3. Managing document custodian reviews and the collection of relevant documents and evidence

4. Employing best practices for e-discovery and related processes;

5. Leveraging law department and business colleagues, relationships, and resources;

6. Focusing on early case assessment and ongoing case evaluation, employing most efficient and cost effective means for resolution as appropriate;

7. Negotiating litigation-related issues and dispute resolution as appropriate; and Aligning litigation strategy with business objectives.
