Job responsibilities:-
- To proactively seek, develop new clientele and ensuring reoccurring business
- Acquisition of key accounts & Account Management
- Identify prospective clients from various sectors
- Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
- Data Generation: Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale
- Keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share
- MIS and reports.
Desired Skills:
- Masters in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience for AM and for Manager Min-3 yrs required in the sales. Experience in HR industry
- Should have Good Interpersonal skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be Self-Driven
