AM/Manager/Senior Manager - IT Application Support

Role: AM/ Mgr / Sr Manager - IT Application Support (Multiple openings)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5-13 years of experience

Overview - To manage the application production support team for all Life Insurance based applications, Life & Group Policy Administration Systems, & its integrated applications.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring team productivity & ensuring resources are motivated considering BAU management is critical function.

2. Quality Project/Programme/Service Management within TAT

3. Managing Risk/Compliance/Audit & ensuring quality root cause analysis should be shared for operational incidents

4. Continuously work towards process improvement and adherence

5. Manage integration services used in application integrations.

6. Manage design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices.

7. Provide solution to development teams to architect, design, build, and implement new applications.

8. Provide solution to maintain data integration components such as SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and cleansing, and integration with system front end components.

9. Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.

Qualification:

1. B.E., B.Tech, MCA, or MBA IT & Systems or other technical qualification

2. Professional Certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, SCRUM, Agile etc

3. Should have project/application support management experience in BFSI / Life Insurance sector for min of 5-6 years & overall experience of 10-12 years for Senior manager grade .

4. Should have min of 5 years of experience in IT Application support in development & life insurance domain is preferable.
