Post -Merger Integration:
- Integration Strategy - Operating Model blueprinting, Integration planning - Day 1 plan, Day 100 plan, long-term plan.
- Integration Project Management - End-to end support on integration initiative, managing risks, dependencies & issues across all functional areas, synergy tracking, co-ordination with function owners
Carve-out Management:
- Divestiture management office, identification of separation considerations and stand-alone costs, assessment of management's plans to become stand-alone, Transitional Service Agreements.
- Pre-deal Operational Assessment & Synergy Planning: Pre-deal operational assessments and Synergy assessment
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and independently managing HR M&A advisory projects in post-Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment across industries.
- Leading and growing the HR functional vertical and work on capability enhancement of team members
- Interact with leadership/ HR leaders at clients during project delivery.
- Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams at all levels as well as within the company.
- Actively drive business development and practice management initiatives.
- Lead and manage Teams
- Ability to work seamlessly with global teams
Key Technical Skills:
MBA-HR from a reputed institution(Tier1) with 2 to 12 years of post-qualification (MBA) experience. Must have experience in PMI/ Carve-out/ HR Diligence work related to Human Resources consulting. Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- Assessment of people aspects in a company including organization structure, compensation and benefits, HR policies, processes, and systems, etc.
- Human resources/ people integration planning including areas like organization structure design, compensation and benefits harmonization, Grade/Band harmonization cultural integration, and communication planning.
- HR policy design, development, and deployment inline with Indian Labour Laws
- Retention planning, redundancy planning and Long term incentive design
- Assessment of manpower synergies and costs related to merger or carve outs
- Experience of excel based compensation computation modelling, salary data analysis and benefits computations
Desirable to have experience in running large scale cross-functional transformation programs Prior consulting experience preferred. Should possess good communication and presentation skills and should be fluent in Excel and PowerPoint. Needs to be team player with ability to work across large teams (internal and external).
