Responsibilities:
1. Planning and designing various aspects of the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action
- Academic partner management
- Structure of Programme
- Consistency across batches
- Bringing in Industry best practices
2. Defining the programme's governance mechanism and constant monitoring
- Academic Partner, Academic Council
3. Managing the programme's budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered
- Batch wise, Year on Year
4. Branding; Hiring for the CRISIL Certified Analyst Programme
- Designing the brand building plan across India (external) & creating an internal visibility through various forums
- Designing the yearly marketing plan for the new batch
- Managing the application and selection process - Application gateway; Aptitude test; GD/PI; Onboarding
5. Programme Delivery: Ensuring that the programme delivers to the participants as well as the business stakeholders the assured commitments
Participants:
- Maintaining the academic rigour through continuous monitoring of the delivery of the academic component by the partner
- Seeking continuous advices/opinions/ advices from the Academic Council
- Managing the learning plan for the ongoing batches (soft skill/ technical skills) as per requirements.
Business:
- Design and modify the programme content and delivery to make it relevant for the businesses as well as the organization as a whole.
- Initiating activities and other management interventions wherever gaps are identified or issues arise
6. Managing communications with all stakeholders through not only one on one discussions but also devise and implement systems so that there is regular sharing of information amongst all stakeholders
- Planning and execution of programme events like Inauguration, Convocation
7. Operational role:
- Monitoring the logistics: during academic sessions - travel and stay
- Monitoring the attendance and leave calendar
- Vendor management: initiating the procurement and legal discussions, maintaining the relevant legal documents, monitoring the various vendor payouts and provisions month on month
8. Reporting the progress of the programme at regular intervals
