- Recruit, train & develop advisors

- Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically

- Implementation of Strategies designed by the Branch Managers

- Increase market reach and penetration

- Generate leads

- Consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.
