Currently we have multiple openings for the Real Estate Advisory role. Role will be part of Real estate financing team.

Key responsibilities will include

- Preparing financial models for Real Estate projects

- Analyzing Financial statements

- Valuation of Real Estate Projects

- Assisting in building and maintaining Relationships with Real estate players

- Coming up with investment ideas in Real Estate

- Familiarity with approvals and technical aspects of Real estate will be added advantage
