Assistant Manager - Product Performance

Experience: 4- 6 years (PQ)

Manager-Product Performance

Experience: 8 + years (PQ) +Team handling experience

Qualification: MBA, MMS, CFA

Roles and responsibilities:

- Candidate should have good understanding of product performance analysis and review.

- Candidate should able to perform controls, design controls, test and implement them.

- Person should have an understanding of the pricing movement and the macroeconomic movement.

- Candidate should identify risk, mitigate risk and implement compliance when required.

- Candidate will be handling all the dimensions of products and will be working for an entire gamut of commercial product range.

- Person should be able to understand the issues customers are facing.

- Candidate should be able to review if the pricing is optimal.

- Candidate from product management and having experience in control will be preferred.

Key Skills:

Candidate should have good experience in commercial products like trade finance, deposits, International payments, Electronic payments, LC`s.

Candidate should be from domestic commercial bank and should have worked on the above product lines.

Candidate who has experience in product development/ product management or who has enhanced the profitability of a commercial banking product and have looked at pricing or repricing strategies.
