ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER - PMS AND HR ANALYTICS  LOCATION - Gurgaon  ORGANIZATION - A leading E-Commerce MNC  EXPERIENCE - 4-6 Yrs  EDUCATION - MBA from Premier Institute mandatory  KEY SKILLS - HR Analytics, PMS, Excel  OBJECTIVE:  Ownership of   1) PMS : Facilitate the effective delivery of strategic and operational goals through job design, leadership development, training, reward system, career development  2) HR KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS) : Measure human capital outcomes, such as talent management, employee engagement and high performance, illustrating the firm's business, financial and strategic goals, and promoting partnership with senior management for organizational success.  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - HR ANALYTICS  1. HR PERFORMANCE - Correlate financial measures with key workforce metrics to demonstrate HR’s strategic value in the organization and quantify the return of investment on HR and the workforce.   2. OPERATIONS - Provide core data foundation for HR reporting and analysis in headcount, attrition, diversity and headcount movement. Provide workforce planning with easy visibility into staffing, retention, contingent labor usage, and improved workforce performance by focusing on internal mobility and talent development.  3. COMPENSATION - Monitor total payroll costs, e.g. payroll costs, overtime spend, and variable compensation. Analyze employee compensation with performance; reward and retain high performers with potential.   4. RECRUITING - Metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire recruitment lifecycle including new hires’ post-hire performance. Measure quality of hire, optimize candidate sourcing, analyze recruitment pipeline and ‘hire-to-retire’ process efficiency, and monitor vacancies and reduce time to fill.   5. LEARNING MANAGEMENT - Assess learning offerings and how those programs affect employee performance and tenure, and monitor program enrollment and completion to understand how activity and completion affect quality of workforce.  6. LEAVE & ABSENCE - Monitor planned and unexpected absence events to gain greater insight into lost productivity, and measure absence events over time to highlight trends and exceptions.  ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - PMS  1. Developing clear job descriptions and employee performance plans which includes the key result areas (KRA') and performance indicators.  2. Negotiating requirements and performance standards for measuring the outcome and overall productivity against the predefined benchmarks.   3. Identifying the training and development needs by measuring the outcomes achieved against the set standards and implementing effective development programs for improvement.   4.
