- Legal Audit and reporting various Legal Compliance

- Implementing Compliance Management Systems across the multi location organisations.

- Gap Analysis and Risk Mitigation.

- Liasoning with Government Authorities.

Corporate Advisory Services

- Legal Due Diligence, Statutory & Contractual Compliances Risk Assessment

- Advise on various Initial and Operational legal issues

- Implemented best compliance practices in organisations

- Studying and reporting various Industry practices

- Legal Research inconsonance with Industry and Industry Practices

Company Law Matters:

- Incorporation of companies

- Annual filling of companies

- Preparation of agenda, notices and resolutions of various meetings.

Labour Law Matters:

- Filling of monthly provident fund return, deposit of PF, ESI and professional tax contribution.

- Filling of half yearly and annual return under labour laws.

- Maintenance of various registers labour laws.

Audit Work:

- Compliance audit for multi location organization across India.

- Department Audit - Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Operations & Network.

- Secretarial Audit.

- Branch/Depot Audit.

- Brokers Audit for Cash and F&O Segment.

Security Law Matters:

- Brokers’ membership of NSE, BSE, MCX and NCDEX from SEBI registration to enablement.

- Preparation of consent application and replies in various SEBI matters

- Preparation of merger application for membership of BSE and NSE.

- Liasoning with the office of stock and commodity exchanges in Delhi and Mumbai on various matters.
