Looking for Asst Manager Internal Audit for Leading ITES Company in Mumbai & Chennai Location

Location: Mumbai

Candidates should be Mumbai-based only

Exp : 1 - 3 Years

Qualification : CA

Job Description:

(i) Pre-requisite is a capacity for flawless (not flowery) drafting in grammatically correct English using verbiage appropriate to Internal Audit Report

(ii) Both candidates must be a Chartered Accountants with 3/4 years post qualification:

(a) one in the field of Information Technology review and

(b) other in Risk-based Internal audit (ITES industry experience preferred)

(iii) Sound knowledge of regulatory laws like Income Tax, Service Tax, Company law, etc.

(iv) Additional qualification like CISA/DISA/CIA would be an added advantage

(v) Should be able to handle the assignments independently

(vi) Will report to Head - Internal Audit

(vii) Traveling will be part of the job ( Minimum 15 Days )

Job Profile:

Need internal audit profiles from investment banking companies / consulting firm

1. To ensure the proper and independent functioning of Audit in Chennai and to provide day-to day management of the Audit department.

2. To conduct (lead or participate) and report on audit missions and/or special reviews in the entity as well as the region:-



- To lead, co-ordinate, manage and execute audit missions and/ or special review within a pre-defined timeframe.


- To report and discussed issues with auditee and provide value-added recommendations in order to facilitate business activities in a risk controlled environment.

3. Validate and closure of implementation of recommendations issued by Internal Audit and IG.

4. Assist in conducting audit risk assessments and periodic reporting to management and/or Head
Office.

5. Support to deliver the annual audit plan and any ad-hoc requests from management, regulators and
head office.

6. To liaise as and when the need arises with the regulators, in coordination with the local Compliance

7. Report on audit activities to the entity management
