Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver analytics and reporting from data extraction to transformation to insights and story (end-to-end reporting model)
- Manage senior HR and business client relationships (global / regional)
- Design & develop standard human capital reports around Talent and Workforce Planning
- Act as a subject matter expert and advisor to clients on HR data, systems and self-service tools
- Identify and deliver business value through predictive analytics and advanced modeling techniques
- Drive innovation and efficiencies through process reengineering and migrations
- Lead/ partner with cross-functional analytics and reporting related initiatives and projects (resource and location strategy, human capital, merit planning, talent)
