AM/Manager - HR (IC role)

AM/Manager - HR will be responsible for end to end employee life cycle for 100+ employees.
- Driving programs and initiatives to maintain high employee engagement levels.
- Conducting one-on-ones to assess and gauge employee pulse
- Monitor critical HR Metrics such as attrition, headcount, trainings and raise alerts in case of deviation from acceptable standards
- Pro-actively evaluate existing HR metrics and make recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness
- Administer and oversee HRIS modules such as core, appraisal, attendance and leave modules. Handle employee queries on the same
- Assist in reviewing, preparing and amending policy drafts related to complete life cycle of an employee such as joining, training, appraisal, separation and other employee policies
- Suggesting creative ways to improve the efficiency of existing HR processes like Performance Management and Training.
- Effectively communicating with all the internal and external stakeholders, keeping them updated on possible issues or any other development related to internal HR processes
- Works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resource, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level.
- Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
- Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change).
- Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition COE for successful achievement of recruitment metrics
