Job Profile

- Handling HR compliances like Whistleblower complaints/record. FCPA compliance

- Legal background with experience in audit. Should have handled IR related issues.

- Sexual harassment.

- Forgery/embezzlement.

- Code of conduct (MIS/training/communication).

- Labor issues.

- Disciplinary action/procedure.
