AM/Manager - Financial Analysis - Infrastructure Development & Finance Services

Hiring for one of the India's leading infrastructure development and finance companies.

The candidate will be responsible to :

- Conduct financial analysis of various business verticals to evaluate, monitor and identify opportunities for value creation.

- Develop Capital Allocation Strategy for the Group and refine it on an ongoing basis

- Develop and recommend risk evaluation and mitigation measures.

- Develop KPIs and Benchmark performance of various verticals/companies vis-a-vis markets and competitors.

- Support evaluation and implementation of business plans and strategy of various verticals.

- Support M&A transactions for various verticals/group companies and the process of due-diligence.

- Evaluate impact of Government Schemes/Tax Proposals/Regulatory Changes and other developments on business verticals and support in evolution of new concepts and policy advocacy particularly in financial services vertical/companies.

Requirements : CFA/CA/M.Com with Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business/Economics/Mathematics.

About 5-10 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment/Mitigation and capital allocation in a large diversified group with interest in infrastructure and financial services.
