AM / Manager - ESG Specialist Experience - 6-8 years Education -
An advanced degree (at least Masters or equivalent) in engineering, environmental management, environmental sciences or relevant field.
High level of expertise using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Teams.
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:
1. GRI Data management, analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning & implementation
2. Deliver on ESG strategy and Roadmap
3. Sustainability data management for, ensuring 100% compliance for external disclosures and assurance
4. Waste management - Reduction in waste cost and ensure Zero waste to land fill 1. GRI Data management, analysis, and corrective/preventive action planning & implementation 2. Assessing, evaluating, and monitoring for sustainability projects 3. Emphasizing on reduction in Energy, water and waste through conceptualization and implementation of projects 4. Implementation of management system and facilitating surveys, audit reports & executive summaries
5. Lesioning with government officials w.r.t. energy, water and waste related legislations, Rules, notifications.
6. Track, monitor, analyze & communicate regulatory updates and its impact on the company and conceptualize projects turning risk into opportunities.
7. Engaging with Suppliers, dealers and promote sustainability topics through awareness, Training & Balance score card.
8. Coordinate with Internal stakeholder (Plant champions, HR/ER,CSR,Admin etc) for sustainability Awareness programs, Facilitate Sustainability assessment of business.
9. Engage with plant teams and facilitate them for overall sustainability BSC improvement @ Auto Division.
10. identify environmental/social risk and issues and develop mitigation measures to ensure compliance with good industry practice.
11. Gather necessary information, such as sustainability related initiatives, projects, programs, data, etc. to assist in the production of our annual ESG Report and other periodic ESG disclosures
12. Interface with internal and external auditors during assurance and assurance-readiness, participate in effort to address deficiencies or recommendations identified.
13. Stay up to date on changes to ESG standards and guidelines (e.g., GHG Protocol, SBTi, ISSB, GRI, CDP, UN SDGs, and TCFD). and ensure that ESG report complies with applicable standards as needed.
