TACT India is a Gurgaon based full spectrum Business Risk consulting enterprise specializing in Risk Advisory and Mitigation services. TACT India is looking for experienced professionals from the field of Finance for its Due Diligence Vertical.

Position: Assistant Manager/ Manager- Due Diligence (Operations)

Location: Gurgaon, with Extensive local & outstation traveling

Qualifications & Competencies

TACT India is looking for a professional (1-4 years of experience) from finance background with inquisitive and investigative nature. The candidate should be comfortable at working independently and as part of a team.

- Solid understanding of financial, and general business concepts and terminology

- Professional attitude and service orientation

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Open to extensive traveling

- B. Com, MBA - Finance

JD – Due Diligence

- Managing and coordinating, in individual capacity or as part of a team, all activities required for completion of assignments in predefined time lines.

- To carry out detailed analysis of financial performance of the target companies. Reviewing the accounting practice followed by the company to include cross verification of Stock, Bank Balance, Debtors, Creditors etc.

- Collection and validation of the information / documents provided by the subject company for genuineness and legitimacy.

- Managing communication with the key stakeholders of the subject company to obtain necessary information / documents.

- On ground visits to government departments and meeting the concerned officials to validate claims, information, documents etc provided by the subject. In addition carrying out legal and compliance checks and collecting relevant information form the departments that can have any impact on the proposed project.

- Assisting team in different aspects of the assignment and final report preparation.

- Preparing final Report as per the defined format and considering all terms of references defined by the client.

Compensation: INR 5 lacs – Manager – Due Diligence (Operations)
