Responsibilities:

- Manage media marketing campaigns that include SEM, mobile, video, and social to drive conversions. Execute online marketing programs, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition

- Develop and maintain calendar of digital marketing activities in alignment with overall strategic plans Develop and effectively implement marketing initiatives and action plans

- Maintain and update digital assets, including email databases, landing pages, and websites Manage our social media campaigns and budgets

- Analyze ongoing campaign performance and optimization to ensure target campaign KPIs are met

- Assist with content creation for the company blog and other assets (whitepapers, blogs, data sheets, case studies, etc.)

- Assist with content distribution through social media and email channels

- Work with professional service firms on execution of our social media calendar and content publications Create monthly marketing reports, compiling metrics from all key marketing platforms: ad campaigns, email campaigns, website analytics, software analytics, and social media analytics.

- Manage digital contests, promotions, and surveys - across all audience platforms

Qualification:

- 5-7 years of experience in online marketing (B2B preferred) Aware of the latest innovations and methods of online marketing Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising

- Experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google+, Pinterest Experience with digital marketing tools: HootSuite, MailChimp, Google Analytics, KISSmetrics Experience and proficiency with Google AdWords

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Superior communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written)

- Ability to perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency

- Action-driven with proven track record of making things happen in a fast-paced environment Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be preferred Very strong analytical skills and abilities Ability to write well is a must

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing, startup environment. Able to travel to conferences and trade shows
