Qualification - Chartered Accountant

Total work experience - Minimum 2-4 years (post qualification)

Previous work experience: ‘Big Four’ Accounting Firm or working in industry with a substantial previous work-

Client has part of its Firm-wide Corporate Tax Team based in Delhi. The team is working on several corporate tax related projects that need accounting & Tax expertise on a regular basis. The role for the required position includes

- Corporate tax and accounting responsibility for the international offices. This includes preparation of statutory accounts, corporate tax return, managing tax audits, tax planning, etc for 5-6 countries.

- Job will include managing the process for compilation of statutory financial results (Balance Sheet, P&L etc.) for Group, responsibility and coordination for statutory audit process in Group Companies, completion and filing of tax returns for Group Companies before the due date

- Calculation, invoicing, documentation and planning of transfer pricing charges of the Firm

- Planning and supervision of tasks of team members involved in the process

- Responsible for providing on call corporate tax support to offices. This includes review of tax returns, assistance in meeting with local tax compliance requirements, support during audits by local tax authorities,

- Coordination with tax experts and advisors in the respective countries and managing or providing assistance

- Other projects as assigned on a time to time basis.

These projects are spread out across many geographical locations, needing substantial coordination and constant communication.

There is a possibility for the role to expand over time. Candidate should be open to short-duration international travel or secondment opportunities.
