Assisting Head of operations in preparing, executing and achieving sales plan/forecast through non organic footfalls by segmentation & penetration of local market of each restaurants.
Maximising and achieving Sales Target through Specific resources & Key account Management.
Developing and maintaining the network of partners to maximize sales at local and regional level.
Create leads through restaurant team for key account activation in local area.
Develop & expand the key partnership and institutional sales channel through profitable customized products/offers.
Managing complete sales & service cycle for corporate/group orders by providing tailor made personalized solutions to each partner through RGM/Cluster Coach for Various restaurants.
By working closely with RGM/Cluster Coach, Identify & develop one LRS champion/leader for each restaurant/region.
Proactively Identifying revenue generating space/platforms/events for brand and converting into revenue.
Facilitate Agreed annual sales of PE Gift Vouchers through partner institutions.
Achieve annual sales target for delivery business for specified/agreed locations.
Work closely with RGM/Cluster Coach to develop various formats/packages to fit in customer's requirements.
Organise & host F&B events/meeting of various corporate offices.
Package formulation & customization for theme based events at restaurants.
Identify partners to generate revenue during off peak day parts.
Explore opportunities to create new revenue sources (Non F&B) through movie shoot etc.
Prepare and execute sales plan for new opening and drive new launch through local inputs.
Working with Head Trainer to prepare Sales Phrases and workshops for RGM & Team (For Customized Products).
Develop networking with key industry's association, events, conferences etc.
Engage local community/clubs/ to showcase our promotions.
Interview will be on Thursday /Friday for DelhiNCR and for Mumbai that will be next week..
Salary Range: 7 - 15 LPA
