We have the following requirement in Mumbai with a leading IT client
AM / Manager - Compensation & Benefits
Responsible for compensation and total rewards consulting
Leading C&B Surveys for supporting C&B projects.
Provide C&B consulting to assigned business on all pay actions (job offers, promotions, retentions, equity corrections, counter - offers etc.), in line with internal and external data sources and org guidelines
Manage job evaluation requests for new/existing positions and recommend grade and salary fitment
Lead annual merit increase for the assigned business; including design and implementation of guidelines, creation of merit template, systems (Workday) configuration support, process governance and merit taxonomy
Responsible for utilizing market data for C&B deliverables such as design of pay ranges, recommending corrective actions for identified employee groups and for periodic market insights presentations to business
Also responsible for collaboration with internal teams and mobility consultants on areas like Assignment Packages for Localization, Tax Equalization, Compliance etc.
Support C&B projects including business re-organization and expansion support, C&B policy redesigns and harmonization, statutory/compliance changes and deliver ad-hoc data requirements and analysis as required

Qualifications: MBA HR 4- 12 yrs exp
Candidate Skills:
- Good Experience of Indian compensation and benefits practices
- High order of analytical ability, and comfort with numbers,
- Excellent MS Excel skills
Comp range: 12.50 lacs - 23 lacs
