Description

- The job is an exciting opportunity for contributing to the Industry Development & Field effectiveness team for JAPA.

High Level Job Profile:

- Execute & manage analytical projects at various stages of a merchant lifecycle & deliver value to the business

- Work closely with clients to understand their business problems & translate them into analytical projects.

- Provide thought leadership in a number of areas including behavior based modeling, segmentation etc.

- Provide meaningful & actionable insights to the business.

- High degree of passion and determination to invest available capacity in other marketing services priorities like GMS transformational projects for 2013 and standardization ideas to elevate efficiency levels.

- Exposure to financial services domain supporting global operations will be a plus.

Qualifications

- Master’s Degree in Eco or Stats

- 3-5 years of experience around analytical projects & adhocs.

- Proficiency in SAS (Enterprise Guide), SQL knowledge

- Have strong understanding of the analytics domain & be able to apply & execute different modeling techniques like regression, CHAID etc. & create lasting impact for the client.

- Project Management skills will be a key advantage for the desired candidate.

- Should be comfortable in driving independent conversations with key business partners and influence decisions aligned with business goals.

- Strong communication skills (both oral and written), ability to build and leverage relationships and manage customers’ expectations to ensure timely delivery.
