Job Description for AP(Accounts Payable) Process Expert
Key Responsibilities
- Design experience in Accounts Payable Process
- Understand the complex Business process, interdependencies and system environment
- Manage a new project or Change Request by involving in the entire life cycle of the project.
- Coordinate with other process area SPOCs (single point of contact) as needed to get all the requirements completed
- Prepare Business Requirements Documentation
- Perform Gap Analysis of current process / requirements
- Prepare design document and review of existing documents if any
- Provide guidance during Testing (in Test Case Preparation, SIT(system integration testing) Validation, User Acceptance Testing
- Functional or process area expertise or knowledge
- Competency in handling different stakeholders
- Manage the project phases independently by reaching the milestone and be proactive
- Candidate should be flexible for shifts
Skill set required
- Excellent Communication skills- Written and Verbal
- Implementation knowledge in SAP preferred
- Good understanding of AP process
- Good analytical skills
- Eye for detail
- Self-driven
Experience
Overall 5 to 12 years of experience with min 4 years- experience in AP/P2P process
Role : AM or Manager depending on the fitment
