Assistant Manager Legal (Leasing Team)

Job Description :

- To perform all Legal & secretarial aspects

- Assisting in all compliance's

- Inspection of the Deeds and Documents, title search and drafting of legal notices.

- Drafting and vetting of legal documents including Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, Lease Surrender Deed, Agreement for Sale, Declaration, Addendums, MSA, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Service Agreements, Power of Attorney, Letter of Intents etc

- Handling proper preparation of Agreements and Contracts, and other Commercial Agreements/ documents as required by the Client.

- Liaising / discussion with Advocates / internal business team of a client; get their inputs for drafting Agreement and based on their inputs preparing the Agreement.

- Actively involved in drafting and vetting of legal documents involved in Mall projects including drafting Lease

- Deed, L & L Agreement, Addendums, Guarantee Deed, Service Contracts advising on Legal and Commercial matters.

- Follow-up, updating / tracking / managing data for the closure of an Agreement.

- Coordinating with Clients for preparation of various Drafts and Deeds.

- Legal Search on various matters related to Real Estate and Corporate Law.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have 2 to 7 years of experience in the legal and secretarial department in a shopping mall or retail firm of the reputed company or a law firm.

- Working knowledge & experience of shopping centers will be given preference

- Logical, computer literate, good verbal & written communication skills.
