Roles and Responsibilities :

- Be the point of contact for internal collaboration program/ social media

- Apply corporate communications and brand standards to the range of materials requested by internal clients.

- Look for newer ways of creating awareness on KM services and ensure constant communication on the same.

- Create and manage the KM Communications/campaigns calendar.

- Conduct language audit of all internal KM related content - Intranet, mails, announcements, newsletters etc. before release.

- Must be able to extract key messages from thought leadership and communicate those messages in various forms. For e.g. draft messages for the leadership for various KM initiatives and announcements.

- Coordinate with the design team to create communication collaterals for various KM campaigns and ensure consistency and on time delivery of projects.

- Create/manage KM newsletters, reports and presentations.

- Be responsible for updating the content on various internal and external platforms by coordinating with assigned service lines SPOCs.

- Work closely with the global KM team for adoption of the global collaboration platforms. Responsibilities would include ownership of the tool inclusive of adoption, administration, communications, member firm enablement, content moderation, reporting, user provisioning, adherence to governance, subject manager training, end-user training's, leadership messaging, capturing success stories and conducting awareness and usage campaigns etc.

- Create online surveys on various for both internal and external clients.

- Conduct weekly Knowledge Management induction sessions for new joiners.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor in English/Mass Communications, or Master degree in Mass Communications.

- 6 - 8 years experience in content writing, communications and social media collaboration.

- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high-priority requests.

- Ability to manage client relationships with multiple internal clients (expectations, communications, feedback, etc.)
