KRA's:
- New Client Acquisition, Corporate Sales (B2B) for training solutions on viable terms and conditions.
- Work closely with Business Heads to develop and execute “Go-to-Market” plan based on the company's business plans.
- Would be responsible for end-to-end client acquisition activities
- Achieving a sustainable business pipeline for the company quarter-wise.
- Review sales strategy at regular intervals and make adjustments in approach/policy and strategy in consultation with senior members.
- Ensure effective product/brand positioning, differentiation etc.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of decision makers across industries.
- Industry Mapping, & Presales of Prospective Accounts
- Gathering and utilizing market intelligence.
- Up-selling and cross-selling of services in prospective accounts.
- Would be responsible for all pre-sales activities, RFP management and offer document generation.Take customer feedback proactively through pre-defined mechanisms and address these.
- Research, understand the external environment, its dynamics and implications on the L & D activities and plan accordingly.
- Prepare Sales Forecasts for assigned zone and keep the Management updated on the same.
Skills required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Should have relevant experience and exposure in B2B Corporate Sales in the training / e-learning solutions.
- Should have strong networking skills with an existing network of key clients
- Proven sales forecasting and goal setting
- Knowledge of selling principles and practices in the services/training/consulting areas;
- Ability to provide Sales and Marketing Leadership in a Training/Consulting business
- Well groomed individual with the ability to meet & interact with potential clients across levels.
- Should have a proven record of revenue generation and target achievement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Graduate/ MBA
Experience: 3-6 yrs relevant industry specific.
- Business Expansion KRA should have been met.
- Good exposure in Business development for Corporate Training/ Assessment solutions.
