- Preparation of Salary comparator to facilitate offer generation
- Update Recruitment MIS for relevant positions
- Draft offer letter in coordination with Recruitment Manager & Group HR Head for all strategic positions
- Ensure background verification process and documentation as per checklist before generation of offer
HR Operations
- Generate appointment letter for all employees whose payroll is being handled by the incumbent within 7 days of joining after ensuring all documentation is completed as per defined check list
- Ensure all capex and admin related requirements are fulfilled on time on/before joining
- Prepare induction plan and ensure seamless coordination and execution
- Issue confirmation letter on time
- Create vendor code and ensure profile creation in HRMS
- Share data of new joinee with payroll consultant
- Constant coordination with HRMS vendor for updation and salary processing
- Share policies & processes with new joinee
- Follow process for PF, mediclaim, insurance, etc.
- Maintain employee files and ensure regular update
- Maintain leave & attendance record
- Give timely inputs to payroll consultant for payroll
- Verify the payroll draft & prepare BDC
- Send the approved BDC & other documents to a/c for processing
- File the counterfoils & challans
- Employee grievance - Coordinate with different departments on HR issues
- Appraisal - Prepare data for appraisal & Send appraisal letters to employees
- Reimbursement & claim settlement - Check & verify bills of reimbursement & Coordinate with a/c for payment
- Exit formality - Ensure smooth separation for employee by following timely process
- Others - Draft letters & mails, Scan, print, file, courier, discard documents
- Prepare and release Organization Announcement
