Job Role:

- The incumbent has primary responsibility for direct supervision of Consultants in executing internal audit project work plans. Has direct, client-facing engagement responsibilities.

- Serving as both role model and trainer, the Assistant Manager demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency.

- Learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve business processes.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

- Chartered Accountant/MBA from a reputed institute CA/MBA May-07 to May09 Passouts

- Post qualification 5-8 years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required

- Ability to travel as necessary to meet client needs

- Must have team-oriented environment experience as well as independently

- Must have creatively and analytically in a problem-solving experience

- Must have ability to multi-task projects

- Excellent project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills

- Proven Business Development skills

- Demonstrated mentoring and people development skills

- Prior project management and supervisory skills

- Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

- Demonstrated understanding of the importance of business ethics

- Sound job administration skills

- Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

- Strong analytical skills

- Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a strictly professional manner
