JD for AM – Internal Audit.

We are an Executive Search Organization headquartered in New Delhi.

We partner with our clients to fill up their strategic and leadership positions for their business success.

In the process, currently we are partnering with a large UK based BPO/KPO

Requirement

1) CA with 2.5 to 5 years experience in Internal Audit.

2) Should have experience either in Mutual funds or General Insurance.

3) Should be well versed with standard internal audit documentation

4) Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills

5) He will primarily be engaged in executing audits and may be managing 1 resource.

6) Will be based out of Andheri .

7) Will need to conduct/manage audits with limited supervision.

8) Should have good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel and Powerpoint)

9) Should be willing to travel 20% of the time to Pune for audits.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver the internal audit plans by way of audits or other reviews accordance with the Group Audit Manual.

2. Conduct fieldwork on internal audits in the agreed internal audit plan and special projects, as an when they arise, in accordance with the Group Audit Manual and in a timely and effective manner;

3. Ensure appropriate level of consistency and quality in fieldwork and documentation ;Produce audit findings of an appropriate quality and content by reviewing work files and reports and documenting such reviews;

4. Effectively supervise auditors and the work performed by them.

5. Make appropriate recommendations and agree on appropriate actions with business management as part of the audit closure process.

6. Ensure that agreed audit actions are cleared by the business with an appropriate level of follow-up.

7. Has some supervisory or people management responsibility, and must seek to maximize the performance of those that work for them.

Key Result Areas

- On time completion of fieldwork conducted on audits.

- Documentation in accordance with the Group Audit Manual.

- Establishing factual accuracy of the issues identified.

- Issues Log/Draft Report drafted in a clear manner which clearly reflects control issues including recommendations, if applicable.
