The Incumbent should have IR areas such as Disciplinary actions, Contract labour management, Industrial Relations, Statutory Compliance, Welfare activities, dealing with Trade unions
- Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations.
- Complying with the provisions of various legal issues; filing of various returns under Labour laws.Should be active in liaisoning with local leaders, land oustees, district and state administration, Labour & PF Dept. etc.Signed a Bi/tripartite agreement with the contract Labour unions independently.
- Involved in all Administrative, Industrial Relations and liaison activities since from micro Level to Completition of the Implementation of Policy.To ensure harmoniums industrial relations with Union &Employees.To ensure statutory compliance under factories Act.Drive TEI initiatives like Suggestion Scheme, Rewards &Recognitions etc.Review & control HR Metrics.
- Involve in Union negotiation and long term settlement.Regulating Contract Labour.Managing Contractors.
- Facilitating smooth work culture & enforcing discipline.Change Agent, identify needs for change, be facilitator ofchange.Employee Welfare - Both statutory & voluntary.
- Statutory Compliance - pertaining to various labour legislations- Ensure compliance with various labour regulations, including ESI Act,Factories Act, etc.Employee Grievance Handling.
