Must Have - IR , Annual Appraisal , Increment , welfare , Engagement Activity , Plant & Manufacturing Experience
Responsibility:- Recruitment of Workers as and when required
- Employee's life cycle including their annual appraisal, increment, promotion.
- Effective Grievance Redressal for workers
- Engagement activities
- R&R for workmen
- Responsible for all Welfare amenities like rest Room, Toilets, Drinking water canteen etc.
- Organise monthly VP Communication Meeting with all employees, Union Management Meeting, Canteen Committee meetings
