- HR Operations - Payroll Inputs, Manpower Details, Policy Details, Employee KRA's & KPI's, Appointment & confirmation of employee, Insurance Details, SOP's, Audit observations, HR WOW, attrition management, SAP Handling.
- Statutory Compliances - Details of statutory compliances pertaining to Factory contract Labour & shops Establishment act. Renewal of License / Contract. Submission of returns under Factory Act, contract labour Act, Shops Establishment Act, Employment Exchange etc.
- All HR MIS - Recruitment MIS, Confirmation MIS, Mediclaim MIS, Monthly HR MIS, Attrition report MIS, Separation MIS, Location Manpower MIS, Complaince MIS, Statutory MIS.
Male Candidate having strong HR knowledge with good understanding on statutory compliances. Preferably from Pharma background.
Experience - 4 to 8yrs
Age - 25 - 35 yrs
