Urgently looking out for a suitable candidate for AM-Human Resource with a leading MNC.

Job Description:

- Employee Engagement: Work closely with the business to ensure maximum participation in the Engagement Survey. Work on post survey interventions; evaluation of results and design programs for areas which need improvement as reflected in engagement scores. Plan & manage employee engagement programs, calendar events, business connect, leadership & HR connect/ town hall, R&R and HR communications.

- Employee Relations: Participate in design and implementation of various employee relations programs. To conduct investigations independently and bring issues to closure, following the appropriate protocol. Partnering with senior investigators on sensitive complex situations that have potential for broad exposure. Partnering in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions.

- Policy/Procedure/Employment Practices: Consult on whole range of HR policy & progresses. Support managers in applying HR policies on moderate to high risk situations. Consult on Workforce Relations matters and plays key role in reviewing policy revisions and / or creation need and in managing policy revision projects.

- Talent Management: Serve as a resource on competencies & development tools for managers and associates. Facilitate corporate and segment specific HR courses for associate/ manager development. Responsible for elements of on-boarding, internal talent movement and exit processes. Partners in designing and implementing career programs.

- Performance Management: Provide advice and counsel on complex performance management issues. Partners with the associate, manager and other business leaders to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/ process to assess appropriate action. Guide Managers on all aspects of performance management including feedback and performance coaching.

- Rewards: Assists managers in utilizing rewards programs to motivate and recognize teams for their contribution. Partnering in implementation of the Annual Performance and Pay cycle programs by providing managerial education & consultation on specific situations and program tool support.

- HR Program Effectiveness and Process Improvement: Provide input and feedback to HR management on gaps and opportunities for improvement in HR programs and internal partnerships. Contribute to develop/ refine HR programs & processes through quality improvement interventions. Partner in sharing the HR trends & intelligence for alignment & review of HR priorities.

- Talent Acquisition, on-boarding & induction support: Partner in selection process of lateral hires for the aligned BU, also supporting the TA team in Campus Recruitment. On-boarding & induction support and mentoring HRC Specialists; providing buddy support through transition and go live phases.

- L&D Support: Conducted Instructor Led Training (ILT) sessions related to Communication, HR updates, Soft Skills, Team Management and Change Management etc.

Education - Full time MBA is a must.

Experience - 5-11 years relevant experience.
