Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations, Policy and Process Compliance & Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Exit Management, HR Operations, Recruitment
- Providing HR partnership and consulting to managers and employees on all core HR programs
- Organizing and conducting employee-engagement initiatives which includes connects, fun @work events, award ceremonies.
- Advising and providing inputs for Career-path changes / HR process query-handling / resolving salary/JB/Relocation payment issues etc
- Handling End-to-End Recruitment process- sourcing till offer for all open positions
- Administering and facilitating the performance management and development process. Guiding & coaching managers and employees on the process.
- Tracking and providing inputs to Payroll for Salary-hold / compensation / level-change / transfers etc.
- Monitoring and tracking employees opting for firm’s flexi work arrangements and mobility options
- Manpower planning for positions across levels and business units.
