Recruitment & On-boarding Management:
- Management of hiring process for all Office Executives and Retail positions
- Adherence to hiring plan as per annual target and manpower plan
- Hiring Best in Class (Top Companies/Competitors)
- JD development & customisation based on local need
- Resume Screening, HR Interviews & Scheduling, tracking and managing the recruitment pipeline.
- Onboarding: - NEO planning, Coordination & implementation
Performance Management
- Support HR Manager in the execution of yearly dialogue session.
- Strengthen process, 1-1 dialogue meetings, objective setting, rating compliances, bottom restructuring
- Performance Management Training
Training & Development
- Training coordination
- Training Budget compliance
- Communication & Engagement
- Retention & Exit Management
HR Policies & Others
- Support the HR department in the planning, development and execution of wellness programmes.
- Support HR Manager in the roll out of any initiatives from time to time.
- Support Human Resources Manager in the review of all HR policies
