Business Partnering:
- Build & sustain relationships with all levels in order to effectively drive people processes
- Work closely with line managers to identify the HR implications arising from local business strategies, as well as HR issues arising from local political, economic and demographic factors
- Work closely with line managers to identify and resolve specific HR issues in accordance with company policies, procedures and practices.
- Collaborate with HR team & the Global Centers of Expertise (Rewards & Operations, Talent & Organizational Development and Shared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support client groups
- Drive efficient change management in relation to the people agenda as & when required in the organization
Development of HR Strategy for the business:
- Drive & develop the HR strategy for the business taking into consideration the business / global imperatives
- Make a key contribution in driving the People strategy through the cross functional strategy team
- Work with Employee relations manager to design effective people strategies for our employees in the shop floor & field
Drive key People processes of the company:
Performance Management:
- Drive the performance management process of the company including the objective setting, review & calibration processes as per the stipulated quality & timelines to drive towards a high performing organization
Talent Management:
- Drive the talent management & succession planning process to ensure that the necessary bench strength is developed
- Ensure healthy talent moves within company
- Drive the Capability Planning & execution process through a structured development framework to ensure that the required learning needs of employees, divisions & the organization are met
Engagement & OHI:
- Drive the organizational Health index survey & related action plans in the organization
- Work with line managers in supporting them to enhance engagement within their teams thus contributing to high engagement levels within the organization
- Drive the organizational values framework & the three focus behaviors to ensure that they are deeply embedded in our people & culture
