We have opening for AM- HR Operations profile at Bangalore
Requirement:
- Relevant experience of 8 to 12 years in HR Operations
- Experience in induction, onboarding and orientation
- Experience in life cycle processes which include, but not restricted to offer letter, appointment letters, confirmation letters, appraisal letters, ad-hoc letters and exit letters
- Experience working in a global HRMS tool
- Relevant experience in managing digitization processes in the organization which includes managing the digital files of employee records
- Experience in setting up automated processes and converting manual process in to automated efforts.
- Ability to manage a team HR Operations
- Vendor Management - External vendors, Contract Staffing options - work with internal stakeholders including Finance & Procurement
- Ability to interact with Business leaders
- Experience in handling HR audits
- Experience in providing HR metrics and analysis
- Relevant Compliance requirements such as Employment Exchange, Contract Labour etc
Key Responsibilities:
- To Design, develop and maintain the HR operations and orientation programs
- Responsible for day one experience of the new hires to the organization
- To Explore the market best practices in shared services and HR operations and implement those across the organization
- Drive initiatives across automating the HR Processes in the organization
- Maintain employee records in both physical and digital forms
- Employee life cycle management w.r.t letters
- Take up HR audits and ensure industry best practices
