Assistant Manager-HR-OD-Financial Services MNC-Hyderabad (6-8 yrs)

We have an urgent requirement with our client-Financial Services MNC-Hyderabad for AM HR-OD

Required:

- Full time MBA from Tier1 B-schools ONLY

- Should have had exposure to line functions and should have handled OD projects in the past.

- Good in communication, emphatic personality and should be able to deal with people at all levels. Should be able to think out-of-the-box and be able to apply theoretical OD concepts to real situations.
